| subject: | Blower motor - Replaced. |
Just finished replacing the blower motor on the Durango. Other than having to be a contortionist, it wasn't bad. Took about 5-10 minutes. The old OEM part wasn't made in China, but Taiwan. Same thing. I was fortunate enough to find a genuine Mopar/Dodge blower motor on Amazon.com for only $45. They are typically $150. Says made in U.S.A. on the bottom! :) The new one is as quiet as the original one that was in the Durango. Works perfectly now. Amazon has really good deals on genuine parts, when they have them. I had also purchased a genuine Ford water pump from them for my daughter's old car for only $63. I try to always keep them in mind when searching for an auto part. Especially if it is sold directly from Amazon, which was the case. - Mark --- WWIVToss v.1.50* Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 620 848 @PATH: 261/1304 1 266/512 140/1 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
