You should read he latest issue of PCWorld, they talk about the risk of
implanted medical devices such as defibrilators and pacemakers, being
hackable... NO SHIT I KID YOU NOT!

This law probably isnt that far off the mark, as you seem to infer, as long
as the same legislation applies to big brother.. Seems to me, it would be
feasible for the state to implant probationers and parolees in order to
track them, any cop with a wand, bam!

Now since you are so deeply invested in researching the laws and lawmakers
of the fine states of South Carolina and Georgia, perhaps you can tell us
all about Wisconsins Official State Microbe!
