If passport were "optional" as you suggest, I wouldn't be using
it at = all. As it is I'm forced to accept that I have to use passport to
access = any of the online features my MSDN subscription entitles me to.
Taxes = are optional depending on your pov, move to somewhere else if you
don't = like them. That's the logic you are using here.
