Can someone please give me a little help with page numbering.
I've set up some documents.  The first page is a cover page, the second
has the table of contents, the third onwards is text.
In this case, I want the numbering to start on the third page (text) and
to start at page one.  I've put a section break before the start of
page three (I sorta thought I read somewhere that it would make it
work). I select Insert, page number, at the top of the third page, and
tell it to start numbering from page 1 and to skip numbering the first
page. What I get is nothing on the first page, second page numbered 2,
third page numbered 1, fourth page numbered 2 etc.  So I'm going o.k.,
except that the second page has a number on it that I dont want.  How do
I get rid of it?
Make any sense?
