There is a menu that comes up when you do a right click in the title
bar at the top of any DOS program window, including BlueWave (assuming
that you are not running it full screen). Same menu comes up with a
left click on the little c:\ icon in the upper left corner.

That menu gives you the ability to do cut/paste/copy to or from the
DOS window. The paste into the DOS window is pretty straight forward,
click on paste and it will paste from the clipboard to where ever your
cursor is positioned. The cut or copy from the DOS window requires
that you first select the material to be put onto the clipboard. That
is done using the "mark" menu item. It takes a little practice to see
just how mark works -- basically you click on one corner of an
intended block and then while hoding the left mouse button down, drag
  to the other corner.

Once you have marked text, you can cut or copy it.

All of the mentioned commands of paste, mark, cut and copy are
  subcommands of the edit command.
