If you are sysop, then only H)idden menu items should not show up for you
*if* the menu option is defined in the menu.ctl file.  If the option isn't
defined in the .ctl file, or if the level of the command is hidden, then
you wouldn't see it.  Otherwise, there is a bug in the code somewhere when
compiled under Linux or Unix.
