Without ever having used a database on the C128 (or C64 for that matter),
a web search brings me to
which suggests "Flex File 128".
| Commodore 128 Database Mid-Kansas Computers has introduced a database
| for the Commodore 128. Flex File 128 is self-booting, and
| self-contained, has Novel Study Guide. [...] Plus automatic 40 or 80
| columns, supports fast mode in 80 columns, and handles up to 10,000
| records. This program is compatible with data disks created on earlier
| versions of Flex File and Practifile and features up to 40 fields per
| record, user routines in BASIC, on-board help screens, file sorting,
| sequential filing, a label generator, and a report writer. Flex File
| 128 has a retail price of $49.95.
There is more to find.
I doubt you can call them and order it today. ;-)

Well I was looking for a copy of Macintosh System 7 or Apple Works for
the first Macintosh model (I run in an emulator, not owning one). All
links Google knows were removed. Even pages hosted at apple.com which
once offered some vintage software of their own aren't anymore.
To put it in your words, what possible demand for System 7 software would
there be today to offer it for sale? Instead public sources were removed.

I use a Unix based operating system, which means I get laid almost as often
as I have to reboot my computer.
