I have done some checking on dosemu why it not like do what it should and
checked on my fido1 and fido2.
fido1 = 64bit and fido2 = 32bit and the both have dosemu installed, fido2 32bit
have dosemu run fine and then have I find my my dosemu files from year 2009 on
both fido1 and on my old win xp harddisk and make it on to my win 7 harddisk
and looking and reading the docs for making dosem working and runs, and the doc
told something like setting in some setting in dosemu, cfg and defalt.cfg + in
soduers file.
Then I compare the fido1 and fido2 pc and finde that fido2 have no sodu in use
just Gentoo su and fido1 have a sudo sudoers, and I used what the dosemu.doc
telling to do, by I used same setting in fido1 64bit pc as in fido2 dosemu.cfg
and add in some lines in fido1 soduers file for work ad try fireing up dosemu
on both computers, fido2 no errors of anything for dosemu but o fido1 it by
both command 'dosemu -s' it ask for password to start dosemu and using 'dosemu
and dosemu -F and -i' it hang in over a hour.
On fido do I have 3-4 users there normally using dosemu.
User root, user kofo (daily user) and mbse + 1 fido +1 other user there do some
special works.
If I just can get of that dosemu hangs and show up what there happen and as I
have the old directories still on my fido1 as.
/home/kofo/dosemu/drive_c and /drive and drive _d, I know that drive_d is the
linux main drive in dosemu.
Take care,
Gert
