For sure, but I can't see continuing to offer a toxic update facility. 
Let's consider the bright side: things are getting better, but it's not
from better vendor diligence.  It's from chipset monopoly.  Hmm, speaking
of monoculture - there are probably some nice holes in EFI/Aptio - let's
just wake up the NIC, come out of S3, and PAR-TEE!
