Yes, that is one of the methods we use if we happen to be side by side with
the customer, but since we deal face to face with less than one in a hundred
of our customers, that is rarely an option. We do, of course, say "try this
address and compare it with this address" but I'm sure most of them don't
take the time to do so. We've actually seen maybe half a dozen of our 1469
customers - our business is conducted by phone, fax, modem, and mail. As a
matter of fact, only about a quarter of our customers are even in the same
Province, and maybe 15% are a local phone call away. That's why a home
office works so well - when the customer is in Nova Scotia, (s)he doesn't
know or care whether the office is in downtown Vancouver or in my house - all
(s)he wants is that (s)he gets what (s)he's paying for.
