By the time you see this post copies of this bill will already be on it's 
way! Tell me, are the oil rigs still pumping on the capital lawn?  (I 
imagine so, but still had to ask!)  I haven't been there in many years, but 
my twin sons were born at Ft. Sill 15 years ago! I did spend some time in 
Oklahoma City too. Where are you hailing from?

I haven't heard of FIJA either. Could you fill me in? I really hate to 
not know what is going on - especially now. 
I read in another post by you that you are starting a VOCAL chapter. I am
SO happy to hear that. I just started one in our area a few weeks ago and
so far so good. The calls are coming in. I wish you a lot of success and I
look forward to the day when there is no longer a need for VOCAL. :)
