     I don't know about re-radiate...but if you consider the problems that 
some people have with a "leaky" power line in the neighborhood interferring 
with reception, especially shortwave...just intensify the problem because the 
local neighborhood doesn't have the power of the high transmission lines...I 
don't really understand how that all works, it just does  :)
