Get Killem.exe from either the CDROM site or Hobbes.
Put it in your tcpip\bin directory.
Type in killem netscape.exe to completely kill off Netscape.

This will work, but it is unnecessary.

See the above. Every once in a while Netscape hangs on me when I am trying
to shut it down.
