By the looks of it, this is a Workplace Shell extension. If so, it is
Workplace Shell itself that is using the DLL.
Most programs that provide WPS extension DLLs provide a short CMD file
to remove the extension if you need to remove the product. If Describe
does not have such a CMD file (and I would be very surprised if it does
not) it is not hard to whip up a three line script that calls
SysDeregisterObjectClass to deregister the DLL from WPS.
The on-line REXX reference in your Information folder tells you all that
you need to know.
