"Health reform" advocates hope the American people actually can be
deceived into thinking that there is such a thing as a free lunch.
Canada has a _lot_ of rationing. Not only are there waiting lists, but
if the list is long enough, some of those on it die out and never need the
procedure they are waiting for!
