   More specifically;  the fidogate.info file.  There should also be 
a fidogate.texi file, from which you can create html files using
texi2html.    In those files, there is a writeup about using Fidogate
with points or leaf nodes, which note which scripts should be run
regularly:

rungate
runin
runmail
runnews
runout
