Did you know that you can switch from a full screen to a windowed
screen using "ALT-ENTER"?
To quote from the windows help files:
You cannot paste text into a command prompt window or MS-DOS-based
program when it is running in a full screen. For more information, click

BTW, you can access the windows help files from your start menu. Once
there, you can search -- but I'll admit it took a couple of tries
before I found the definitive answer you needed above.
