   I have never used SNIPPER but I have a friend who did and like
it.  I am not sure what version he was using but here are two that
I found among my goodies:

SNIPPR26.ARJ  20594  TSR to paste text application to application

VOL6N18.ARC   18432  SNIPPER from PC Mag.
