Not sure what you mean, but Wildcat! works on a LAN using RPC 
communications, its built in but you have to make sure the security 
(Machine to Machine) communications is prepared.  In the KB, there is 
a checklist, search for "Wildcat! Networking" which tells you what you 
need to do.

By the way, this (Wildcat! Networking) is allow you to run WCSERVER on 
one machine and run WCONLINE, WCCONFIG, WCNODE, etc, on different 
machines.
