One theory says it was testing some techniques, but I doubt that 'cause it
was a simple flood attack so what's there to test. Another theory is that
it was just someone who doesn't like us - there is some friction between us
and the Russians, and it's been slightly on the rise lately (which given
the history between us is not very nice).
