I've got a Nokia 6103 (only use it as a phone; never use the other features).

Anyway, I can call up a menu screen with 9 functions (3x3 matrix of pix)
... shouldn't be too difficult to get a reasonable set of functionality.
For the TV, the keypad could pick the channel.  And, let's assume that
Nokia thinks this is a good idea, add a button (pause/go) for the DVD
player.

The object is to give you sufficient functionality to use rather than
completely replacing the 2,753 button (ok, mild exageration) controller
that I now have.
