I'm surprised at what you say, though, since Perens says MS is currently staffing up to do major work on their scripting capabilities. Can you tell me more about the capabilities the scripting languages for Windows have? Is the delta caused by the fact that there are so many tools to choose from on the Linux side, or that they are richer in features?
