Mine does but they charge $2/month extra for caller ID the basterds..

Mine does all of these (LG VX6100)

I'm not sure on that, I have to hold the * button down for 3 seconds to
switch modes. Don't know if one of the external buttons does that or if I
would want them to because those can be pressed by the seat belt in my
truck when I wear the phone on my belt.
