The problem with celphones as browsers is that the site would need to be
nothing but text to be even remotely usable. You just can't browse on a
device with limited battery life and sit waiting for 4 minutes per page for
some stupid image buttons or ads to load.

It's like using linx at 9600bps to browse. It's just not workable in todays
web world where everything is geared for dsl.
