You don't have to buy your cellphone from the company that you buy your cellular
service from, right? So why wouldn't cellphone makers offer options like FM?

Also, if you take pictures with your cellphone do some cellphones have a USB or other
jack so that you can download the pictures to a PC without going paying to send the
pictures thru the cellular network?
