Just remember, the high speed transfer is TO you.
From you is STILL only v34+. 

Now IF you also had a x2 server, then you could pass on file to your net at 
56k as well.  But then you'd like be better off with ISDN connection to Inet 
and x2 just for your local nodes to download from.  But then if they wanted 
to provide x2 downloads for their users, then they'd have a digital line for 
x2 as well and so could likely do ISDN to you as well.  The ONLY ones who do 
not really need a digital connection is the END user .  
Think about it .
x2 does NOT appear to have all THAT long of a life before we ALL go ISDN or 
better (?).
