Ten years have passed since I ran a dialup mailer but when I used to run
BinkleyTerm I vaguely recall that it was possible to run it without a
nodelist.  Alternatively you could try compiling an empty nodelist and
permanently using the generated V7 files.  I guess it depends what you're
trying to achieve.
