I knew of the Apple tie-in, I just wasn't sure if it could stream MP3's or not.

Looking through the FreeBSD ported applications list
(http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi?query=streaming&stype=all), I see
the following (look in the long description of each entry to see the URL).
