My old Ericsson T20 does most of what you want. I've just bought a new
battery for it, it was much cheaper than buying an equivalent function new
phone (Nokia 1100 series). I'm going to keep it until it falls apart, which

Not built in. Available as a little clip-on for the base of the phone, cuts
out when the phone rings.

Nope. Have to flip it open and press the "C" button.
