I tried again with the NT station  (with the firewall on it) it's rather 
funny, if I make ping from it to another PC, hub, router, my station with 
Lanalyser 2 see only the ARP Request. It is only when I ping directly my 
station than I can capture the whole icmp exchange of frames !
