Yes...that is equivalent to "Twit" (=0) which works here.  You
might experiment with a few others to see if your luck changes, but as Bob
suggested, it could be an issue with bitmask handling in the port (endian
issues maybe?) if that hasn't been extensively tested. "Hidden"
is the only priv that should deliberately make it unavailable to Sysop.
