It's the very same fellow I talked to years ago. I'm suspecting he has
all the tools, but nobody can make his hands use them if he doesn't
want to.

The only other totally helpful society I know of is a small
town/Huterite colony/... I must say, the smart people that talked this
idiot into his first foibles were astonishing me by the lengths they
would go to to set me up.
