Unless it has a popular theme and internet available, it won't get much
use. A month ago, a friend of mine quit his bbs and echomail feed system.
A computer breakdown was the last straw. Question: To invest in equipment
that isn't used or not? He decided that even though he'd been in Fidonet
since dirt and he'd said in the past that he'd be one of the sysops who
would revive Fidonet after it died, he left it. I've seen a lot of that
over the years.
