A good shopping expedition there is one where I manage to avoid being "helped" by any of the staff. I don't know what Advin's problem is - probably that I hadn't bought the unit from them and I wasn't worth helping unless I throw down for a current system. If this is the way they support the previous generation, I would never consider one of their products anyway. Ended up ordering an Andromeda unit. Called and ended up speaking with one of the owners. They pride themselves on building units that can be expanded and/or repaired by the owner. How often do you see _that_?
