Ok, I need to be more specific. I tend to refer to Unix as the various commercial versions. Yes, they could be charging more for the C compiler, but I have yet to find a (commercial) Unix with out the C compiler on the system. On the other hand, I don't normally see a Windows system with a compiler on it unless some one did take additional action seperate from obtaining the OS..... Any way.....
