Here's how you do it -
1) Place the text cursor in the same column you want to
   insert the slide.
2) Insert the slide by choosing:
   - INSERT
   - OBJECT
   a) If the slide is already created and saved in a file,
      - Click on the "Create from file" tab,
      - Select "MS PowerPoint 4.0 Slide",
      - Click OK, then
      - Choose the appropriate file.
   b) If you are creating the slide from scratch,
      - Select "MS PowerPoint 4.0 Slide", then
      - Click OK.
      - PowerPoint will load and you can create your slide.
      - When you are done, select (from PowerPoint)
        - FILE
        - EXIT & RETURN TO...
That's it!  Hope that worked!!
