Harry S Truman was neither President or Vice-President on or before 12/07/1941.

Truman did not even become Vice President until January 1945, and only
became President the following April when FDR died. In the few short months
that he was VP, he had no knowledge of the Manhatten project and did not
gain knowledge of it until after he became President.

Prior to becoming VP, he served in the US Senate, representing the state of
Missouri from 01/03/1935 til 01/17/1945.

Nice try to rewrite history..

Here is another thing..

The US development of the atomic bomb was undertaken to counter
intelligence information that pointed to the fact that Germany was
developing or close to finishing the development of their own bomb.
Even Albert Einstein was urging FDR, a decision he would later regret.

Fortunately the war ended in Europe before Germany reached its goal.

Dont let the fact that Germany tried to deliver to Japan via uboat, what
Nuclear material they had perfected, stop you from rewriting history.
