Kill (as in terminate, not delete :-)) all programs in use which are using
emx.dll (pstat will tell you). Then remove all copies of emx.dll from your
system except the one that came with the compiler itself, and make sure it
is somewhere in your LIBPATH.

Basically, you have an old emx.dll floating around on the system somewhere.
