Sweet 16, especially the beta 2.0 version, is an excellent GS emulator for OS X. Beta 2.0 adds the ability to mount a CD, or CD image, in Sweet 16. I've got a real GS, ROM 01, that I keep threatening to turn into a ROM 03 by swapping out the motherboard, and Sweet 16 makes it easy to test software before I transfer it to the GS via ADTPro.
