Apparently you miss quite a bit. Including any understanding of the
patriot act or the numerous UK and EU proposals and actions that are far
more onerous than the patriot act.

The Patriot Act isn't a bad thing.

The Patriot Act doesn't provide for my personal telephone to be an active
listening device.

I don't mind tap ability built into the trunk line/phone company
architecture. Its a needed ability for law enforcement subject to
appropriate safeguards. I don't mind similar taps for internet traffic.

I do oppose a permanent tap built into my personal phone or router.

My comment about DeWiner had to do with his crying like a pussy while
opposing a highly competent nominee for UN Ambassador. Is there any wonder
why he has 36% support. Vote against your base and crying like a pussy
isn't a formula for success. Voting to please the eurotrash instead of the
red, white, and blue is even less of a formula for success.

Gary
