I have recompile MSGED as a 32-bit OS/2 program.  It is available
for FREQ from 3:711/934 as MSQHACK2.ZIP.  I am not ready to 
release it into the PDOMAIN TIC echo yet, because I am waiting
for negotiations with David Begley to start, to find out what
we do with it.  It hasn't undergone much testing at all, I've
mainly just got it to compile and work.  There are some bugs
that I know of (that are in the old MSGED too) that I am going
