It was the manufacturer that misrepresented it I belive, not the EBay
seller.

Regardless, I've had good luck with mcumall.com as far as programmers.
They're in Canada, but they've got some really nicely priced stuff and
they ship very quickly..

(I'm not associated with them; just had a couple of good experienced
with them.)
