Install the Internetware client for NT. Version 4.11a is the latest. Then 
install the Novell's workstation manager.
Then go into Control Panel, Network, Novell. Check the manage me box and 
specify the trusted tree.
Once all this is done, you can create an NT configuration, which will create 
workstation accounts on the fly. You can determine the type of privs the user 
will have to the workstation, user,
power user or admin.
Works like a champ.
