 That's something we all deal with. It's not the easiest thing to do but 
first you'll have to set a schedule and then a timetable. If your timetable 
(write it down, put it in a frame and keep it at your desk) says that 4:00pm 
is quitting time for that day then STOP. There will be times when a project 
reqires you to go to 4:45pm, but it will be up to you to say "this is my 
timetable, now I stop". Not the easiest thing to do, but it has to start 
somewhere. There's another alternative. Set an alarm clock for 4:00. When it 
goes off just stop.
