Let me just point out that what we're discussing is children
who ARE citizens of illegal (or legal) immigrants, whose
parents are here (not deported), and who, therefore, have a
right to services.  How do we handle this situation (and
please let's not just brush this off with a "just deport
the parents" comment)....
