Hello Robert,

Hey, thats good news for OS/2ers:-)))
RJ> Now I have to deal with the multiple volume issues and handling
RJ> the extra header data.
Humm, yup.. still at least you use C or C++ for programming:-) It would
probably be far harder in some other languages I can think of:-)
CH>> there any proposed release date for a non test version?
RJ> JAR 1.01D will hopefully be the last beta. We are trying to track
RJ> down a GPF that sometimes occurs with accessing opened files in
RJ> Win95.
Ah well, of course you could always _drop_ the Win95 version and just
sort out the Dos one:-))) Or make the 32bit for WinNT.. it doesnt crash
as frequently as Win95, or so I hear:-)))
Sorry Bob, just couldn't resist that dig at Win95...
Hope you manage to track down the cause of the gpf soon, perhaps Jar32
should _close_ any open file before re-opening it for use? that way it
could avoid the already open problem?
RJ> When we resolve this issue and other little ones, we
RJ> should have an official release (maybe early this summer).
Sounds good:-) Thanks for your reply.
Cheers,
Cliff
