| subject: | Amateur Radio Demonstration |
Hello, On Friday, July 6th, starting around 17:00 GMT, a demonstration of amateur radio is taking place at a school in Malmesbury, England. I thought it would be nice if I could have some amateurs from around the world call them. I'm told they plan to use the callsign G8SRC/P, but it might be easier just to point a beam towards the South of England and call "CQ Malmesbury" (pronounced "molmsbree"). They plan to try 80m, 40m and 20m and should be there until 19:00 GMT. 73, - Andy, KB9YLW --- BBBS/LiI v4.01 Flag* Origin: Prism bbs (1:261/38) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 14/300 400 34/999 106/1 120/228 123/500 134/10 140/1 222/2 SEEN-BY: 229/4000 236/150 249/303 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1406 1410 1417 1418 SEEN-BY: 266/1413 280/1027 320/119 633/260 262 267 690/734 712/848 751/321 SEEN-BY: 2222/700 2320/111 2800/18 2905/0 3005/4 @PATH: 261/38 633/260 267 |
