Yes, you can share multiple directories that way, but I prefer to use
network shares anyway...

Virtual PC makes this easy, easier than Virtual Server. The host OS can
share a directory to the guest which appears as a network drive. You can
probably share multiple directories. I haven't tried.

Essential: Need a way to copy data files between host and guest.
