That's a fair assessment.

I don't think the current management there has the mindset to really
consider it, but they could probably buy the programming power needed to
pull it off...if they do it before the stock tanks. I don't see that kind
of courage although they do have the opportunity should Gates suddenly
become enlightened to the path the cash cow is trotting home to.
