The problem with that is, many well-meaning but desperate newsletter
editors often snag articles off echoes and newsgroups for club
newsletters, sometimes without asking permission before printing. It
wouldn't do to have an article printed in BT for pay, and then have it
simultaneously show up for free in many club bulletins.
